DIPLOMA PICK UP

Diplomas may be picked up from the Administration Office.

Tuesday, June 11 & Wednesday, June 12, 2024

9:00a.m. - 2:00p.m. @ the Attendance Office windows

After August 1, 2024**

M-F 8:15a.m. - 4:15p.m. @ the Counseling Office

Before a diploma is released:​

• Students must provide a photo ID 

• Students must sign for their own diploma; parent pick-up is not allowed.

• All fees must be cleared through the library and business office.

**Diplomas will not be available for pick up during the first two weeks of school 8/15-8/29/24.**

If you cannot make it into the office to pick up your diploma, you may designate someone to pick it up for you. The person picking up the diploma must present photo ID and written permission from the graduate. Written permission must include:

• Name at time of graduation​

• Year of graduation

• Name of person picking up diploma

• copy of Graduate's photo ID

NEED TO ORDER A DUPLICATE DIPLOMA?

Contact Jostens to order a duplicate diploma as we do not keep copies on campus.
