You may request a transcript by:
Visiting the ERHS campus and completing a Transcript Request Form* (blue half-sheet available in the Counseling & Guidance Office); or
Request by email
All transcript requests must be made in writing.
Email requests must include the following information:
Full name while at ERHS
Date of Birth
Year of Graduation
Please indicate if you need:
Unofficial Transcript (no school stamp or signature) - can be e-mailed
Official Transcript (stamped, signed, in a sealed envelope) - can be picked up or mailed via USPS
Upload a picture of your driver's license to the e-mail for identification purposes (request must include ID or it will not be processed)
Please note that we do not mail transcripts within the Santa Maria Valley. If you need your transcript sent outside the SM Valley, please include a mailing address.
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.
You may pick up your requested transcript from the RHS Counseling & Guidance Office.
