You may request a transcript by:

  • Visiting the ERHS campus and completing a Transcript Request Form* (blue half-sheet available in the Counseling & Guidance Office); or 

  • Request by email

All transcript requests must be made in writing.

Email requests must include the following information: 

  • Full name while at ERHS 

  • Date of Birth 

  • Year of Graduation

  • Please indicate if you need: 

    • Unofficial Transcript (no school stamp or signature) - can be e-mailed 

    • Official Transcript (stamped, signed, in a sealed envelope) - can be picked up or mailed via USPS

  • Upload a picture of your driver's license to the e-mail for identification purposes (request must include ID or it will not be processed) 

  • Please note that we do not mail transcripts within the Santa Maria Valley. If you need your transcript sent outside the SM Valley, please include a mailing address.

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.

You may pick up your requested transcript from the RHS Counseling & Guidance Office.
